Eveyone who pumps iron or does some kind of exercise knows the importance of having enough enery to get thru thier routines. I pump iron 3 times a week and alot of times i have to push myself just to get thru the first set because i feel less energetic so i am glad to have a partner that encourages me to do my best. After the first set i can keep going because now i feel like having a good workout. The first set is always the hardest, you have to put your mind to it, be dedicated to you workouts!
