A Beginner’s Workout Plan
Are you overweight and feeling bad all the time? Exercise may be the perfect remedy. But don’t rush into it. You should try to implement a beginner’s workout plan so you don’t end up hurting yourself.
Begin by trying to walk at least 10 minutes a day the first week. And stretch after you take your walk. When you’re ready try and get up to 30 minutes to 1 hour walking per day, followed by stretching.
